SELECT A STORE

Choose your products

Browse the menu and select your products. Once you’re ready to check out, tap the bag icon at the bottom of the screen.

Finalise
your order

Choose pick-up time and proceed to payment. Pay using either a JOE card or your credit/debit card.

Order IN STORE

Place an order with the Juicer at the bar.

SELECT THE QR CODE ICON

Located in the bottom right corner of your homepage.

Ready to scan the qr code

You are now ready to scan. Please wait for the QR code to appear on the terminal.

When the Juicer initiates the payment, a QR code will appear on the terminal screen.

Scan the qr code

Place the QR code displayed on the terminal into the pink square on your phone screen to scan.

confirm your order

Select your desired payment option and click ‘confirm'.

Your order is being prepared

Our amazing Juicers are on it! Sit back, relax, and your order will be with you in no time!

Place your QR code in front of the reader by the card terminal.

go to "buy cards"

From the "Cards" tab from the main navigation menu, select the 'Buy Cards' tab.

After selecting your desired JOE Card, choose your payment method and select ‘Buy Card’!

USE YOUR CARD AT CHECKOUT

Pay using your JOE card by selecting it at checkout!

This button will take you back to the homepage.

Click to get an overview of your loyalty card portfolio or expand it by buying new cards.

This button will take you straight to the pre-ordering screen!

If you are a Joe regular and like to keep things simple, this button makes it easy for you to select your usual order! Use this button to reorder previous orders.

Ordering in-store? Use this button to pay through the app and avoid losing out on valuable points!
