The qualification period begins when you first download the Joe Loyalty App and sign up, and lasts for one year in total.

In that year you will earn a certain amount of points. The more points, the higher the tier-level!

1 year reset

When the year ends, your points will be reset, however your tier level will remain the same.

TIME TO STEP UP YOUR GAME!

In order to remain in your current position or to level up, you will have to accumulate the same amount of points or more within the new period.
