At Joe & the Juice, we always strive to come up with something a little better than awesome ... with an edge. And we knew tuna sandwiches were popular. So how could we improve it? Well, avocados are healthy, beautiful, and pretty damn delicious. So we wanted that.
Next, we needed to perfect the tuna spread. So we tested hundreds of different tuna spread combinations with avid tuna aficionados until they declared the winner. The same Tunacado is served in our stores everywhere.
