Other Information Regarding How We Use Technology to Process Your Personal Data
To better improve your overall candidate experience, we may use a third-party technology platform that leverages an automated system to process your CV and better help match your skills to the specific job criteria. This automated tool compares the information you have submitted to Us against criteria determined by our talent acquisition team to be relevant for the position. This tool assists the team at Joe & the Juice to sort through large amounts of data. Your personal data will never be used to train this automated system nor used for any other purpose other than to help support our review of your application.
In addition, for certain roles, we may use an initial interview process, which uses artificial intelligence to create a report on each candidate which is then reviewed by the recruitment team. Further details about how your information will be used during this process can be found at https://sapia.ai/privacy-policy/.
Information from Personality Analyses and Cognitive Tests
