JOE & THE JUICE and the providers of LinkedIn and Instagram and Facebook have concluded agreements on the distribution of data protection tasks. According to these agreements, JOE & THE JUICE and the providers of the social media are each responsible for the tasks connected with the processing they carry out. However, it has been agreed between JOE & THE JUICE and the provider of Instagram and Facebook that the provider is responsible for enabling you to exercise your rights as described in the section ‘Your rights’ below, in relation to the use of Facebook and Instagram, and JOE & THE JUICE is responsible for providing you the information stated below. In addition, it has been agreed between JOE & THE JUICE and LinkedIn that LinkedIn is responsible for responding to requests from you concerning the rights described in the section ‘Your rights’ below.
Furthermore, JOE & THE JUICE uses the provider of YouTube as a processor in relation to JOE & THE JUICE’s use of YouTube and does, in this regard, also share certain information regarding your interactions, interests etc. with YouTube. This sharing is carried out on the basis of JOE & THE JUICE’s and Google’s legitimate interests in optimizing marketing and the service, including our videos on YouTube (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

13. Disclosure to other data controllers and outsourcing to data processors
To achieve the above purposes, we may give third parties access to your personal data, which, based on a contractual relationship with JOE & THE JUICE, provides relevant services, this could be IT suppliers or other suppliers that process personal data for us. Such suppliers will only process personal data in accordance with our instructions according to the signed data processing agreements.
In the context of JOE & THE JUICE's development, the corporate structure may change, e.g., by the total or partial sale of the company. In the case of a partial transfer of assets containing personal data, the processing basis for the related transfer of personal data is, as a rule, Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, since JOE & THE JUICE has an interest in transferring parts of its assets and making commercial/structural changes.
In addition to what is described above, your personal data is generally not disclosed to a third party without your consent. However, in certain circumstances, it may be necessary to disclose your personal data to e.g. the police, lawyers, accountants, courts, other public authorities, potential buyers and group-linked companies. We may also provide our advertising partners with personal data collected through the use of cookies. We do this based in your consent and our legitimate interests.
Your personal data may be transferred to data processors or data controllers established in countries outside the EU/EEA that do not have an adequate level of protection. Such transfers will only take place once a transfer tool is secured. The transfers will be based on the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses or binding corporate rules, which you have a right of access to. Please note that there may be circumstances in which JOE & THE JUICE is not required or permitted under applicable law to address your request or exercise of your right. Only you or an authorized agent that you authorize to act on your behalf may make a request related to your personal information. We cannot respond to a request or provide you access to personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make a request and confirm the personal information that relates to you.

You may have the right to request access to your personal information and information pertaining to the source of that personal information, the purposes for which we collect it, and the categories of third parties to whom we may sell, share, or disclose it to as well as what personal information we sell, share or disclose to set third parties.
As stated by law, you can make an Access/Know request twice a year (2 times every 12 month) free of charge.

In addition to your right to gain access to your personal data, you may also have the right to request that JOE & THE JUICE delete personal data that we have collected pertaining to you. Please note that certain information may be exempt from such requests under other laws, such as personal information that is part of bookkeeping and accounting material.

You have the right to request that JOE & THE JUICE correct inaccurate personal information about you. The correction of your personal information will be done accordingly to the nature of the personal information and the purpose(s) of which the processing of the personal information is occurring.

We may collect sensitive personal information as part of your employment at or contract with JOE & THE JUICE.
As a Californian Resident, you have the right to limit our use, or disclosure, of this information to the extent that the processing or disclosure of the information is necessary in order for JOE & THE JUICE to perform the services that we provide. Some sensitive personal information be exempt from the CCPA (CPRA) due to it being considered public information and will therefore not be covered in case you should exercise this right.

You have the right to request that JOE & THE JUICE stop selling or sharing your personal information (“opt-out”). JOE & THE JUICE will after you have exercised this right refrain from selling nor sharing your personal information until such a time where you again authorise us to do so again.
