In this survey, you will be asked to:

(I) provide feedback on existing Joe & The Juice sandwich and shake offerings

(II) to provide your opinions on potential new products

(III) to answer a few additional questions about yourself and around topics like sustainability

Survey completion time will differ by person, but we estimate the survey will take between 7 and 10 minutes

Your feedback will be analyzed in aggregate (for example, at the city level or by demographic splits) by Joe & The Juice and its partners and used as an input to Joe & The Juice’s menu design

We rely on our legitimate interest to collect and use the information that you submit to try to understand our customers better and better tailor our products and services. ·     Shared with General Atlantic, our majority shareholder, located in the US

·     Used for business analytics and reporting

·     Not broken down to identify individual respondents

·     Participation in this survey is entirely voluntary

·     No individual responses are tracked
