Guest Survey - Menu

This campaign is being run in the following countries only:

  • Denmark
  • UK
  • US

  • One ‘1 Coffee card' will be added to the Wallet of all app users who complete the survey whilst it is live and whose app is registered in one of the above listed countries. The survey will be live between [22.11.2024] and [04.12.2024]. Any attempt to complete the survey after midnight (CET) on [04.12.2024] will not be possible and will not entitle the user to the ‘1 Coffee card’.
  • Each Card will entitle the app user to 1 free coffee when redeemed via the app in participating stores, subject to availability (with no cash alternative). Please allow 10 working days after completion of the survey for the card to be added to your Wallet.  
  • Joe & the Juice app cards are only valid in their country of purchase or registration (i.e. for United Kingdom users, cards will only be redeemable in United Kingdom stores).
  • The ‘1 Coffee Card’ will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Any Card not used by its expiry will be lost. No replacement or alternative will be available if the Card is not redeemed, or the Card expires, is lost, or is stolen.
  • Any customisations or add-ons will be charged at our standard menu prices.
  • Cards are non-transferable. Cards are not valid on third-party ordering platforms.
  • Only one survey may be completed per person.

We are conducting a customer survey to help us improve our products and services. This notice explains how we handle the survey data.

We rely on our legitimate interest to collect and use the informationthat you submit to try to understand our customers and better tailor our products and services. This includes occasionally sending out relevant surveys.We use information that you provide through research projects, e.g. surveys to improve our customers’ experience and help shape the future of Joe & theJuice.

By completing the survey, you agree to the collection and use of your personal data for market research and administrative purposes. We will collect:

·     Survey responses (including age range and gender identification)

·     Personal information previously provided during app signup (e.g. full name, email address, telephone number, city/state/province/country)

This information will be:

·     To understand overall customer preferences and satisfaction

·     To identify general trends and patterns

·     To improve our products and services

·     Shared with General Atlantic (our investor) for business analysis and research purposes

Three Free Items Card

·     Used to administer the 'Three Free Items Card' on the JOE app

·     Securely stored and retained for 5 years, or longer if we are legally required to do so.
