Do I need an account to purchase items from your website?
If you want to purchase items available for sale on our website, you do not need an account to do so. If you wish to purchase items from our bars via our mobile application, you will need an account. For more information on our app, please refer to our Terms and Conditions and the related Privacy Policy.
Order confirmation
Once you place an order with us, we will send you an order confirmation email. This email is important – it contains your order details, allows you to track your order once it has been shipped and, if necessary, start a return if you decide you want to return your item/s.

How can I pay?
We accept the following payment methods:
VAT
VAT will be applied to all orders within the UK and Europe. VAT is included in the price of listed products on our Site.
Can my package be redirected?
Unfortunately, we cannot redirect your order once you’ve placed it with us.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately, not – we cannot change an order once it has been placed. However, you can return the product/s within 14 days of receiving your parcel. For further information and to start your return, we refer you to our Refund & Returns Policy.
Can I exchange my item?
We do not offer exchanges for items purchased on our Site. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for information about returns and refunds.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
No, we do not. Our delivery partners do, however, deliver packages to click and collect parcel shops for where you can pick up your item once delivered.
