We are looking for hard working and dedicated individuals who are ready to “Fast Track” their careers. If you have previous experience or tangible skills within the food & beverage industry, you may be suitable for this programme. We will ensure you receive all the necessary floor experience and understanding of the JOE & THE JUICE culture and structures before becoming a manager in just 11 weeks.

It is very important to talk with the Juicers and understand their problems, difficulties or struggles with their training. As a Bar Manager, you are entrusted by the Regional Manager to ensure the store operates at an optimal level, which is why I see this position as one of the most important in the company.”

Dealing with KPI’s and juicer training, you have to be very human as a Regional Manager - you cannot be indifferent. You have to be a responsible mentor.
