THE BIG SMASH PRIZE DRAW WITH NICK KYRGIOS! 

TERMS & CONDITIONS (US OFFICIAL RULES) 

‍These are the Terms & Conditions (the “T&Cs” or “US Official Rules”) that govern “The Big Smash Prize Draw with Nick Kyrgios!” (the “Prize Draw”) and the relationship between you and Joe & the Juice A/S (the “Promoter”) in relation to the Prize Draw. By participating in the Prize Draw, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter the Prize Draw, and you agree to comply with and abide by these T&Cs. 

‍NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. 

Please read these T&Cs carefully before entering. By entering, you indicate that you accept these T&Cs and you agree to be bound by them.  

Promoter: Joe & the Juice A/S (the “Promoter”), company registration number 26589355, registered office address Østergade 26A, DK – 1100 Copenhagen K, Denmark.  

Eligibility: The Prize Draw is only open to residents of the following countries who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry: England & Wales, United States, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, France, Netherlands, Switzerland, and Germany (“Eligible Countries”). Employees and immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse, and partners) of the Promoter or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, or promotion agencies are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw. By entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prizes and/or “Grand Prize” (as defined below). The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Prize Draw.  

Method of Entry: Only one (1) entry is allowed per person. You may enter the Prize Draw by visiting https://content.joejuice.com/campaigns/nick-kyrgios and completing the entry form. You will be asked to provide your full name, e-mail address, city, and state/province/country (your email address will be used to contact you only if you are a winner of one of the prizes discussed below. If you do not consent to be contacted, you withdraw from the Prize Draw). 

Entry terms: No purchase is necessary. No entries from agents or third parties or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete or corrupted entries will not be accepted. All eligible entries during the Promotion Period (as defined below) are eligible for all Prizes. 

Dates: The Prize Draw begins at 7:00 (CET) on June 26, 2024, and ends on September 25, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”). Only entries received during the Promotion Period and the periods specified below will be eligible to win the Prizes. Entries received after 23:59 (CET) on September 25, 2024, will not be counted.  

Prizes: Prizes will be released after the applicable prize period identified below as follows (collectively referred to as “Prizes”):  

‍1.     Prize 1: There will be one (1) winner for the prize listed below. Entries received between June 26, 2024, and July 23, 2024 (inclusive) will be eligible to win the following prize: 
One (1) tennis racket autographed by Nick Kyrgios 
One (1) pair of shorts autographed by Nick Kyrgios 
One (1) shirt autographed by Nick Kyrgios (containing shake stains)
One (1) tennis tube with pink balls autographed by Nick Kyrgios 
One (1) sleeveless shirt autographed by Nick Kyrgios 

Prize 1 winner will be awarded on or before July 31, 2024. The approximate prize value is 2,800 DKK. 

‍2.     Prize 2: There will be one (1) winner for the prize listed below. Entries received between June 26, 2024, and August 20, 2024 (inclusive) will be eligible to win the following prize: 

One (1) pink tennis racket autographed by Nick Kyrgios 
One (1) pair of sneakers autographed by Nick Kyrgios 
One (1) shirt autographed by Nick Kyrgios 
One (1) sleeveless shirt autographed by Nick Kyrgios
One (1) tennis tube with pink balls autographed by Nick Kyrgios  

Prize 2 winner will be awarded on or before August 27, 2024.  The approximate prize value is 2,800 DKK. 

‍3.     Grand Prize: There will be one (1) winner of the Grand Prize (as defined herein). Entries received during the Promotional Period will be eligible to win the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize comprises (i) a trip for two (2) individuals to London, England, including roundtrip economy airfare for two (2) from an international airport closest to the winner (if the winner lives within 400 kilometres, rail and ground transportation will be provided) and three (3) night hotel accommodation (one standard room, double occupancy in a four-star hotel) between July 3, 2025, and July 6, 2025, selected by the Promoter in its sole discretion, and (ii) a private meet and greet, coffee, and hitting session with Nick Kyrgios, subject to a background check (described below). All other costs and expenses related to acceptance of the Grand Prize are solely the winner’s responsibility. The winner may choose a guest to attend subject to these T&Cs, including the background check. 

‍The Grand Prize winner will be chosen on or before October 2, 2024. The approximate prize value is 15,300 DKK. 

‍Background Check: By entering, each entrant understands and agrees that, if selected as the winner of the Grand Prize, he/she may be required to consent to a background check to verify eligibility and for security reasons, and the failure to sign such consents and authorizations and/or furnish all required information will result in disqualification. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the Grand Prize's entrant if the background check results reveal that such entrant has been convicted of a felony or crime of moral turpitude. The entrant will not be entitled to any prize or compensation if disqualified. 

Cancellation: The Promoter will not be responsible for cancelling or rescheduling any part of the “Grand Prize” package by third parties or for reasons outside its reasonable control.  

Travel Period: The travel period is July 3, 2025, and July 6, 2025. This travel period cannot be amended or extended. The winner will forfeit the Grand Prize if he/she is unavailable during the Travel Period. A minimum of sixty (60) days’ notice is required before the departure date.  

General: The winner and guest travel at their own risk. If, for any reason, any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic, or any other kind of disaster, tampering, or computer virus, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion or suspect, substitute, or modify the Grand Prize.  

The winner and guest must be over the age of eighteen (18) at the time of travel and hold a valid passport that allows them to travel to the UK in accordance with any entry requirements applicable at the time. The winner and guest are fully responsible for any visa applications or requirements.   

The guest may not be selected through any further contest, promotion, or commercial event. The winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary, and the guest may not be changed once selected. 

‍Grand Prize Trip Restrictions: Meals, beverages, gratuities, incidental expenses, and all other costs and expenses relative to acceptance/use of the Grand Prize not specified herein are not included and are solely the Grand Prize winner’s and the winner’s guest’s responsibility. All arrangements are subject to change, availability, and other restrictions. Without limitation, such changes may include postponement or cancellation of the trip altogether due to reasons outside of the Promoter’s control. The winner and guest may be required to complete, sign, and return a liability release and publicity release (where lawful) before the issuance of travel documents. Promoter will not be held liable for any airline carrier or airline authority decision or failure. Promoter will not be held liable for any event outside of their control that may prevent the Grand Prize winner or guest from receiving the full benefit of the Grand Prize.  

ARV of Prizes: The actual final value of the Prizes is less than $5,000.00 (USD); no additional compensation will be provided. 

Receipt of Entries: The Promoter cannot be held responsible for network, computer, or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received and/or any lost entries.   

Selection of Winners/Random Drawing: Each winner of a Prize, including the Grand Prize, will be chosen via random drawing from all eligible entries within seven (7) days after the applicable prize period closes. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries during the applicable prize period.  

Notification: The winner of each prize will be notified by email within fourteen (14) days of the closing date of the applicable prize period with instructions on how to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within thirty (30) days of the initial email, is disqualified or is unable to accept their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to choose another winner from eligible entries received. A third party may not claim a prize on the winner’s behalf. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for a winner’s failure to claim a prize. Winners of each of the Prizes may be required to sign a liability release and publicity release (where lawful). 

Restrictions on Prizes: All Prizes, including the “Grand Prize,” are subject to availability, not transferable, and no alternative will be offered.  Some elements of the prizes may be provided by third parties, and the Promoter accepts no liability if third parties default in the provision of those elements. Shipping for Prizes will be covered by the Promoter to addresses within or nearby major cities in any of the Eligible Countries; additional shipping requirements will be at the cost of the winners. The Promoter will cover all duties and customs fees for shipping of Prizes to the Eligible Countries. All applicable federal, state, foreign, provincial, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner of each prize except where prohibited by local laws in a given country. Unless otherwise required by law, all taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners.   

General: The Promoter reserves the right to amend the T&Cs of the Prize Draw. All entrants agree to abide by these T&Cs and the Promoter reserves the right to exclude entrants for any breach of these T&Cs. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.  

Personal Data: The Promoter will use the winner and each entrant’s personal details solely to administer the Prize Draw. The purpose of collecting the personal data is to enter the Prize Draw, and is based on the individual providing their consent. By entering the Prize Draw, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw. The data we collect includes your full name, e-mail address, city, and state/province/country. This information will be securely stored and retained for two (2) years. Your personal data will be treated in confidence and in accordance with our Privacy Policies: Privacy Policy - Website & Privacy Policy - App. We will not sell your data. You have the right to access, rectify, oppose the processing of, and delete any personal information collected through your participation in the Prize Draw. Governing Law: The Prize Draw and these T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising from the same shall be heard in the district court of Copenhagen in Denmark. 

Winners List: The Promoter will maintain a list of all prize winners. The winners’ list may be provided to relevant third parties, regulators, or government agencies upon request if the Promoter is required to disclose such information according to law or regulation.
