This is a skill-based contest; winners are determined by objective judging criteria asset forth below.
How to Enter: To enter the contest, you must:

(5) be a resident of Denmark, the United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Finland, or
the United States, and
(6) be at least eighteen (18) years old as of the date of entry.
Entries must be original, created by the entrant, and must not contain any third-party intellectual property or offensive content. You must have an account with Instagram to enter and comply with the terms of use for Instagram. The Instagram app is free. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that their participation in the Contest is not in violation of any local laws or regulations. Entry is void in jurisdictions where such promotions are prohibited. Multiple entries are permitted, but only one prize per person may be won during the Contest Period. ⢠Creativity & Originality (40%) â How unique, imaginative, and unexpected is the moment captured?

⢠Emotional Impact (30%) â How strongly does the image/video evoke a genuine âfeel goodâ reaction?

⢠Relevance to Theme (20%) â How well does the entry reflect a positive, uplifting moment of the day?

⢠Composition & Quality (10%) â Clarity, framing, and overall presentation of the photo/video.
The entry with the highest combined score will be the winner. In the event of a tie, the tied entries will be re-judged by the panel using the same criteria. One (1) winner will be chosen each day by 4:00 pm (CET) the following day. The account holder will be declared the winner.
Winner Notification: The Sponsor will select one winner each day during the Contest Period. There will be a total of 30 winners selected and prizes awarded. The winners will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message by the Sponsor within twenty-four (24) hours. Every Sunday during the Contest Period, the Sponsor may announce that weekâs winners by re-posting the winning entries on the Joe & The Juice Instagram account. If the selected Winner does not claim the prize within five (5) business days of the direct message being sent, it will be forfeited. If forfeited, we may select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.
By entering, you grant Sponsor the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your entry, name, likeness, and Instagram handle in promotional materials and on Joe & The Juice digital screen boards (in-store) without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
