Note:

Step 1

Grind coffee based on the size of your moka pot. You need enough to fill up the filter basket completely. Grind a little coarser than espresso (2 on the 1-5 scale)

Step 2

Boil water and fill the bottom half with water fresh off the boil. It is important that it does not exceed the the safety line.

Fill the basket with ground coffee and distribute evenly and level. Place it into the bottom compartment.

Screw on the Mokapot’s top. Be aware that the bottom chamber will be hot!

Place the pot on a stove to medium heat.

The coffee is done when you hear a hissing, bubbling sound.
