By entering you indicate that you accept these terms and conditions and you agree to be bound by them.

‍Eligibility: This competition is open to anyone resident in the UK, who is at least eighteen(18) years old. Employees and immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners) of the Promoter or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to enter this competition.

By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition. 

‍Entry terms: Only one entry is allowed per person. No purchase is necessary. No entries fromagents or third parties or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete or corrupted entries will not be accepted.  

‍Dates: The competition commences 18th August 2022 and closes on 13th October 2022. Entries received after 23:59 on 13th October 2022 will not be counted.  Receipt of Entries: The Promoter cannot be held responsible for network, computer or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received and/or any lost entries.

‍Prize: The prize for the competition is supplied by Performance Entertainment Ltd and is strictly subject to the prize terms and conditions which are set out at the following link. Entry into the competition indicates that you accept these terms and conditions and you agree to be bound by them. The prize is subject to availability, not transferable, and no alternative will be offered.  

‍Selection of winners: The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries within 7 days of the competition close date. 

‍Notification: The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date with instructions on how to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or is unable to accept their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to choose another winner from eligible entries received. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize. 

‍General: The Promoter reserves the right to amend the competition in exceptional circumstances. All entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the Promoter reserves the right to exclude entrants for any breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to. 

‍Personal Data: The Promoter will use the winner, and each entrant’s personal details solely for the purpose of administering this competition. Any information collected regarding entrants into this competition will be treated in confidence in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. All entrants have the right to access, rectify, oppose the processing of and delete any personal information collected through participation in the competition.
